Shipping: TanSoBe only offers services (plans/packages) & gift cards thru its online e-Shop; no shipping charges are collected because they do not apply. TanSoBe Gift Cards, however, are mailed within one (1) business day of order receipt - there is no shipping charge - they are mailed via USPS First Class mail. Alternatively, you may pick up your Gift Card in person at the salon; or, have the Gift Card amount credited directly to a client's account without worry about having a gift card physically issued.
Returns: Since we only sell services & gift cards thru the TanSoBe e-Shop, All Sales Are Final, unless noted otherwise. We also fully understand that you might change your mind about a package or plan between the time you purchased it online & actually first come in to use it; therefore, we are more than happy to apply all such monies from new, unused plans & packages towards other products or services. In most cases, you'll find us very accommodating - if you ever have a question, please just ask us. And, it goes without saying, we will correct any errors that are made on our behalf.
